Yin & Yang Yoga

In Yin & Yang Yoga we harmoniously balance body mind and nervous system through active and passive yoga exercises. We start with the Yang Part to activate the body with rhythmic movement and energetic vinyasa style yoga. And balance it with a cooling and deepening practice of yin yoga.

Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Prana Vinyasa Yoga is an artistical way of expressing your body. A guided class brings your body and mind into balance and opens up to the freedom, timeless experience of your spirit. With Prana Vinyasa Yoga we learn to attune to our life energy, giving us insight and understanding of our subtle energetic body, and access to good health and stable mind.

Lunch Flow Yoga

At Lunch Yoga Flow we practice a gentle yoga flow: different yoga postures are sequenced to experience a good feeling of opening and strength in the body and lead you to a relaxed and balanced state of body and mind. This yoga lessons is for all levels of fitness; for more difficult position we always offer easier variations.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a special form of Yoga where you hold the position passively for 2-4 minutes.

It is targetting your connective tissue and will nurture and balance your body and mind.

To release tension on a deeper level I also include MyoYin Yoga, where we combine massage of trigger points with a tennis ball and the subsequent yin yoga positions.

Pranayama & Meditation

Pranayama are breath exercises that balance and strengthen the nervous system and calm the mind. They are a perfect preparation for the following stages in Yoga: Concentration and Meditation. We use breath exercises and gentle kriyas (energetic cleansing)  as a preperation to sit in meditation, where we stabilize and strengthen the mind and experience different mind states.

The meditation have a clear goal to reach and stabilize awakening. To prepare for this I work with Tantric meditation to get an understanding of the subtle body, with Compassion Meditation to connect to our basic goodness and with Concentration and Insight Meditation to reveal the true nature of reality.
